Serious questions for Trump supporters regarding this impeachment thing

I've been reading for a long time that Trump supporters want the impeachment proceedings to happen, and I'm seeing a lot of celebrating here, but I'm not quite sure why.

My guess is that you're thinking the Dems will make themselves look bad in the process, just in time for the next elections, would that be fair? (I can't disagree that politicians can make themselves look foolish, by the way, especially when they think they smell blood)

Any other reasons? And isn't it possible that some negative or damaging news on Trump will come to light as well, which might hurt him in 2020?

Impeaching someone for just being way too orange, man and bad will totally go in the favor of democrats.

The democrats are becoming a cartoon of themselves.

I wish somebody would do a study to see how much of their time the Democrats have spent talking or trying to figure out ways to get rid of Trump since they took leadership of Congress. Because I think Americans are getting very disgusted with their antics already.

What we really need is a study into how much time democrats are spending on trying to better America.

Of course, only as a matter of formality. The answer every American knows.

The only thing Democrats can do to better America is move to another country and take all their voters with them.

Mac, let's face some facts here. This so-called whistleblower is nothing more than the swamp doing what the swamp has been doing since Trump took office. That said, if this whistleblower had the slightest bit of anything on Trump, it would have been leaked to CNN, MSNBC, and all the other Communist networks, not to mention Nancy Piglosi.

But there is nothing here, and the Democrats know it. What they also know is that since Trump took office, the MSM reporting on him has been over 92% negative in spite of all the great things going on in our country today. So win, lose or draw, they get what they wanted out of all this which is another month of negative Trump news cover to cover.

We both know that there is nothing damaging to Trump for there come to light in the first place. It's just another manufactured "controversy". A nothingburger.

However this has the potential to seriously damage Joe Biden. Biden told Ukraine that he would hold back US aid unless they fired the prosecutor who was investigating his son. And this will certainly put the spotlight on Biden's unethical and potentially criminal behavior.

Trump is a pretty good POTUS but sux as a politician. He's narcissistic and obnoxious. His mouth gets 10 yards ahead of him. Trump was virtually the only GOP candidate Hillary had a shot with, which is why the MSM helped pick him.
