The real measure of how insidiously bonkers things have become is there are discussions.........

Here we go again.

I'm not a Democrat. I don't have a beef with voter ID - though I do call bullshit on the motives. I don't believe partisans, on either "side" of the two-party shitshow, care at all about the "sanctity of the vote". They just want to win elections. Rs figure that if they can scare brown people away from the polls (regardless of whether they're voting legally or not) they'll have an edge. Ds think that if they can get brown people to the polls (regardless of whether they're voting legally or not) they'll have an edge.

So, from my perspective, it's just two corrupt, fear-mongering parties arm-wrestling for advantage. My sincerest hope is that they both fail, and sanity prevails. Granted, it's a slim hope.
Even so, you are here on a political message board participating in these forums and taking sides. By your opinions given here, it tells us that you are leaning hard to the left or rather agreeing with Democrat narratives created that suggest that Republicans are against black or brown people, when you know damned good and well that it is a stone faced lie you are perpetrating here.

Prove your assertions and stop being dishonest here.

Great suggestion.

Of course, he won’t do so. Not now. Not ever.

I'm not taking sides between Democrats and Republicans. I oppose both. Sorry, but I'm not playing the duopoly nonsense.
By your opinions given here, it tells us that you are leaning hard to the left ...
Ok, again - what positions of mine are "hard left"? Take your time. You'll need it.

I don't take up "narratives". I call 'em as I see 'em. I don't care who agrees with me, or who disagrees with me. The impulse to treat politics as a "team sport" is one of the worst problems we have. I'm not playing.

What is the lie? Specifically. What are you accusing me of?
Prove your assertions and stop being dishonest here.
Which one(s) are you questioning? Again, what am I being dishonest about? Put your money where your loud mouth is.

I've heard some skuttlebutt that there are some GOP's who are open to a Trump impeachment if they get slaughtered in the midterms as is expected. Ir is probably why Trump is doing the tariff TACO thing again on metals and aluminum.
No doubt there are nevertrumpers out there flying under the radar.

I saw her saying it in person.
No you didnt.

It just didnt happen.

What she did say, in a dispute specifically over a bill directed at Somalia's sovereign territory, was that she would not allow Somalia's territory to be violated.

She went way beyond that.

Are you lying again?
You have a habit of doing that to protect your Communist buddies.

What can I say?

Besides apologizing for your misrepresentation to suit a narrative you made up in your mind?

Not much.

She was referring specifically to why she was there that day about a bill about Somalia sovereign territory. Not, "I am here (in Congress).

There's no hope in you leftist, and it's because gas lighting and deflection is all you got left.

I don't have to prove anything here that the forum doesn't already know about or hadn't already seen within your many positions taken on the many issue's, and then we've all seen your denial in them when you get called out.

You said in effect that the Republicans were doing this ID thing because they had something against black or brown people voting right ??

Laughing my butt off.... 🤣

Do you realize that this is 2026 now ??

They have got to be the weakest POC's this nation has ever give citizenship too, let alone gave responsibility too after making them senators or congress critters.

Right now a huge purge needs to take place in order to clean up this government, and in order to demolish the deep state by routing it politically forever.

Noem boasts of Trump administration ensuring ‘we have the right people voting’ ahead of midterms

Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem suggested on Friday that her department has a broad role in election security, claiming she has the authority to identify “vulnerabilities” in the election system and implement “mitigation measures” to make sure local and state elections are “run correctly.”

Noem argued during a press conference in Arizona, where she was pushing for passage of a national voter ID law, that elections fell within the Department of Homeland Security’s (DHS) mission of “maintaining critical infrastructure.”

They've been emboldened to say the quiet part out loud.

trump has called for banning mail-in voting, seizing ballots, and placing state and local election administration under national R control. He has even mused about canceling elections altogether. And, of course, there has been the lawless abuse of government power to target his political opponents and intimidate institutions that are critical to holding free and fair elections. We are already deep into the litigation phase, and once again trump is watching as his side is humiliated in court. Just this week, R's lost critical redistricting cases in New York and Virginia that could tilt the broader midcycle gerrymandering battle — the one Trump began in Texas — in favor of D's.

The RNC again finds itself running to the SC to block a defeat it suffered over mail-in voting in Pennsylvania. In Montana R's are reeling from a defeat in their effort to suppress college-student voting. Perhaps most importantly, the DOJ was handed another defeat in its effort to obtain unredacted copies of state voter files. The most recent decision came from a federal judge in Michigan appointed to the bench by trump. Having filed 24 separate lawsuits seeking these records, the DOJ has so far failed to win a single case.

He is trying to avoid the accountability that is coming if Democrats take the majority. He will be impeached, and the trial will show inarguable evidence showing that he needs to be removed. Once removed, prison is coming.
Y do u never tire of being wrong?
