Senator Warren wants to pack 4 more judges on the Supreme Court

Ya mean like Roe V Wade?
Sure, the are in the process of interpreting its Constitutionality and whether it is a federal or state issue.

And yet that's exactly what happens and why we got Justices like Gorsuch, K Man, And Barrett

Let’s look at he more recent rulings. On whether abortion providers can sue Texas judges, clerks or the Texas AG, it was a party line vote with Roberts voting with the left. Yes, a Republican voting with the left. On whether challenges to the Texas law could continue, all Republican judges except Thomas voted they they could. Again, we had a decenting Republican. You will be hard pressed to find any Democratic justice ever breaking from the pack. It would stand to reason that if individual justices are interpreting the law without political prejudice that at some point they wouldn’t all agree.

It works that way for both

If that is how you feel about the SC, then it shouldn‘t even exist. Adding more justices won’t help. It doesn’t matter if we have 2001 justices with 1000 being Democrats and 1001 being Republicans.

Nonsense. That question was decided over four decades ago.

What's happening is strictly political
Yeah, but, roe v wade didn't say that abortion was a constitutional right, it just said that people have a right to privacy. Sure that includes an abortion, but it doesn't make abortion a protected right under the constitution.

The left started that notion.

Once again Fauxcohontas is on the opposite side of Americans. The vast majority oppose this Dimtard scheme to pack the SC.

Everyone is entitled to LIFE, liberty and the pursuit of happiness except humans in the womb? Gee, where is that in the Constitution?
You Are So Lazily Ignorant That You Quote DoI and Call It COTUS

"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion." Patriots won't put up with Liberal pushy self-righteousness, so why would we put up with the Conservatives' forcing their peculiar ethics on everybody else?

Gotta love the Patriotism of Conservatives

They lose an election and want to secede

CRYBABY LOSERS!
Commiewealth of BlueHeads

We're not seceding; we're ejecting your toxic Rainbow mishmash and offering it to the United Nations free of charge to become the first official colony of the Globalist Empire. And just to make it more acceptable to the Glowbellies, we'll deport all the Gayists and gangstas to the Blue-State Territory.

people like you will fight tooth and nail to be able to kill the unborn !
Crybaby Choirboys

Such bleeding-heart silliness is not Conservative at all. Like the Puritan religious bullies, your preachers just make up sins to inflict unnecessary guilt or dishonest self-righteous hatred against everybody who isn't in the congregation.

Were you once a fetus?
The Trojan Horse

We were also once sperm cells. Once again, it is inconsistent for anti-abortionists to not equally condemn birth control. Think of all the pleasure you miss by not imagining users of contraceptives burning in hell.

Calm down and fire your GOPer mentors. Frustration with the Republicans being unable to stop the long chain of Liberal abuses and usurpations makes Conservatives sadistic.

Come to think of it, a country that condones the murder of babies - and sale of their parts - definitely deserves a Xiden presidency.
Notice That This Screecher-Preacher Movement Only Started After the Left's Silly Compassion for Non-Human Life?

That's as touch-feely as what the "Save the Whales" creeps believe in, or the Vegans who think that killing animals is murder.

Maybe the House and Senate ought to more closely reflect the electorate. They don't ya know
The House was supposed to reflect the electorate, the Senate was supposed to reflect the states. If you go back, you'd see that senators were supposed to be appointed by the governors, NOT elected by popular vote. It's all part of that pesky checks and balances that the founders depended upon to keep out republic from turning into mob rule.

Newsflash. There have been changes. Keep up

McConnell prevented Obama from appointing a judge in an election year.

Then McConnell allowed Trump to appoint a judge in an election year.

Hypocrisy in the extreme.
You'll be happy to hear

I bet a bunch of judges didn't retire when Trump was president because they didn't want him to replace them with more Heritage Foundation Right wing nut judges.

Probably right about that. March on to the totalitarian dream (socialism).
