Secret Service is not expected to know what Padilla looked like. For all they knew he was a terrorist and he looks like one to me. He had no name tag. He's lucky he wasn't shot while trying to attack Noem.

Do agents wear earplugs while on the job because Padilla identified himself? Do all brown skinned people look like terrorists to you? Even well dressed, well groomed graduates of MIT?
