Someone spent a good bit to get that put up.

For anyone desiring to put up messages to the public that cannot afford those pricey signs; a cheap and easy way is butcher paper and some brightly colored paint.

We used butcher paper and our six foot fence at times to get messages to passer-by's down on the highway. It seemed very effective and reasonable to do.
