This graph is a record of anomaly.. It indicates that the current temp of the water is now almost a full degree lower than the AVERAGE. But it also shows that the temperature drop of the equatorial oceans has dropped over 3.5 deg C in 2 years..

But again Old Fraud is lying and hasn't a clue...
