SEAN PENN RIPS 'TEAM AMERICA' CREATORS IN ANGRY MEMO

**Exclusive**

October 6, 2004

To Trey Parker and Matt Stone,

I remember a cordial hello when you guys were beginning to be famous guys around Hollywood at some party. I remember several times getting a few giggles out of your humor. I remember not being bothered as you traded on my name among others to appear witty, above it all, and likeable to your crowd. I never mind being of service, in satire and silliness.

I do mind when anybody who doesn't have a child, doesn't have a child at war, or isn't or won't be in harm's way themselves, is encouraging that there's "no shame in not voting" "if you don't know what you're talking about" (Mr. Stone) without mentioning the shame of not knowing what your talking about, and encouraging people to know. You guys are talented young guys but alas, primarily young guys. It's all well to joke about me or whomever you choose. Not so well, to encourage irresponsibility that will ultimately lead to the disembowelment, mutilation, exploitation, and death of innocent people throughout the world. The vote matters to them. No one's ignorance, indcluding a couple of hip cross-dressers, is an excuse.

All best, and a sincere fuck you,

Sean Penn

P.S. Take this as a personal invitation from me to you (you can ask Dennis Miller along for the ride as well) to escort you on a trip, which I took last Christmas. We'll fly to Amman, Jordan and I'll ride with you in a (?) 12 hours through the Sunni Triangle into Fallujah and Baghdad and I'll show you around. When we return, make all the fun you want.

Developing...

If i know trey and Matt, they wont give 2 shits about Mr. Penn. I love these guys.

Touchy...touchy...touchy!!!

Personally, I'm kind of disappointed in Mr. Penn. In the old days, he would have just punched out their lights.....Of course, now he's a "peace activist".
I guess he's mended his ways (that stint in jail probably helped him adandon his pugilistics, too).

The former occupation of Mr. Penn was brawler and thug, remember? He would regularly be popping paparazzi in the puss for taking pictures of him and his (then) wife, Madonna.

Sean Penn... definitely not material for the Yale Debating Society.

I'm gonna have to watch south park very closely. You know this memo is going to be put in somewhere for hilarious effect.

They'll probably dedicate a two-part episode to it.

At any rate Mr. Penn is wrong. If you have no idea what is going on 'voting' is the irresponsible act, not 'not voting'. That should be enough to encourage someone to learn if they are so willing. Mr. Penn must have an awful lot of time on his hands.

As usual, the boys from Southpark are right.

Matt & Trey will hammer young Penn, and I can't wait to see it.

I personally told Penn what I thought of him and his antics when he took out that advertisement in that paper after his trip to cavort with Saddam and was foolish enough to leave an email address for gentle readers such as myself to respond.

To quote the allmighty Cartman :

"Democrats piss me off!"

:D :D :D :D :D

Hey wait, I thought that everyone in Hollywood was supposed to be able to offer their political beliefs without ANY criticism or actions taken against them??!?!?!?!?

Isn't that what the Dixie Chicks and Susan Sarandon were screeching when people stopped buying their albums and they were losing public appearance spots? Didn't they say that they should be free to say whatever they want, and to criticize them was tantamount to restricting their freedom of speech?

Didn't Sean Penn himself say somthing very similar, about how famous people freedom of speech was being infringed in the full page ad he took out in the New York Times????

Hmm....wait, wait...I'm getting it now...

If you have something BAD to say about BUSH....then you should be permitted to say that with no consequences or reactions aside from support, love, and money.

If you have something GOOD to say about BUSH, or...even something NEUTRAL about the voting process....you should be publically ridiculed as a status-seeking idiot who drops names for popularity....

Ok, I got it...thanks Sean, I understand now. :duh3:

They DO have the right to say what they'd like. But, then they have to face the consequences of their remarks. We, too, have a right to express our opinions! If they say something that offends us, we have every right to express our points of view.

It's like this, if you go up to some man's wife and say "Hey baby, you're hot, how about getting down!", you shouldn't be surprised if he belts you in the mouth.

With freedom comes responsibility...something that some of some on the Left don't seem to understand.

They want uninformed voters to vote because they know they'll listen to their favorite actors and musicians before they would a politician. :duh3:
Gotta side with the Southpark boys on this too!

Seems like he is contradicting himself here......On the one hand he says people who are ignorant of the facts should still be encouraged to vote, as long as they vote like him which is against the war........So how do those that don't have the facts correct know to vote against the war in the first place? Is he saying just follow my lead becuse I know what Im talking about, I took a camel ride in the desert?
Makes no sense?
