I'm surprised they haven't mandated a hand recount. The difference in votes is only 109 out of approx 156,000 for each mandate, which is 0.07%. Most states have mandatory hand counts if the vote is within 0.5 %

This is almost an order of magnitude closer than most states have. Unfortunately in New York, there is no mandatory recount law.

True, but that's a lawyer for you. Again, Trump was invited to make his case in court. The public begged him to at least try. The judges ORDERED that they produce evidence. This lawyer has to meet the same standard.

I agree, guiliani stuck his foot in it. I never understood how someone who went through all those hearings and showed all their evidence, and when it came down to the wire, they failed to produce. That was their mistake, but, you can't deny that in many cases, the judges threw out the case before even having a hearing. I always thought justices was supposed to be blind. If you have a grievance, you should be able to take.it to the courts. These courts, however, decided to play judge and jury and rule against them, without giving them the ability to make their case. I find that to be wrong.

There is plenty circumstancial evidence of voter fraud in the 2020 election. Anyone who thinks there wasn’t is a fool. Voter fraud occurs in every election. The better question is, was the fraud large enough to sway the election. We likely won’t ever know because the establishment won’t allow a complete and fair investigation, which is yet more circumstancial evidence of fraud.
