This isn't about who is telling the truth or lying, it's about what the most humane outcome would be. The most humane outcome would be - wait for it - a peace settlement based on both sides getting some of what they want, even if they don't get all of what they want.

The Allies should have stopped Hitler when he rearmed the Rhineland. They didn't because they were hoping he'd take care of Stalin for them.

Russia wants what was damaged by Russia to be added to Russia. Trump will allow it, but the
World who has helped Ukraine will not allow it.

Frankly, who gives a damn. Why should I care about Ukraine? I should think it is THEIR problem, and their neighbors. Ukraine is on the FAR SIDE OF THE WORLD 12,000 miles away, a corrupt regime with its own dirty hands, has been laundering money for democrats for years and we don't even have a treaty with them as a true ally.

A couple trillion dollars has been thrown away on that war and by Zelensky's own word, most of the money was stolen and never used. Some of the money went towards insuring the pensions of the elite. Russia will have what Russia takes. There is no easy win-win for Ukraine, they are just another road apple. Zelensky and the EU will **** it up and the war will go on for years at the cost of more trillions and uncounted thousands more lives.

Then Russia will end up with an even bigger slice and Ukraine even less well off.

Just like the stupid arabs did in 1948 when they had the chance to settle the entire Middle East, have true peace and prosperity, with recognized and established territory. 75 years later, here we are and the Arabs are still fighting, down to only about 10% of what they originally and easily COULD have had.
