USA has used tear gas and rubber bullets to disperse a protest in Ferguson. Is not it a sign of dictatorship and excessive use of force?

The US Department of State should be concerned about the situation in their own country. Instead of trying to calm the people after the killing of a young black man by the police they are deploying the National Guard against their own people. This means that the number of victims can increase.

Frankly, I think it's a mischievous or delusional member of the Russian Parliament, on a lark, and having fun.

What would Russia do with such an uprising of black people? There are very few black people in Russia. It is not a country that supports immigration, particularly of non whites. Likely there would be no use of rubber bullets. The Russians would use real bullets and those arrested would be sent to a gulag in Siberia.

This was an opportunity to dig a little at the American fools. They know how the Russians would deal with an assault on a Russia police officer.
