The TV broadcasters are not the official tallies of the votes, they just reflect the vote reports.

If the tallies are different it is the screw up of the control operators creating the graphic that the master control operator projects on a split screen display.

And are you saying that CNN is the one that made the mistake and corrected it themselves, or the State made the mistake and corrected it or the voting counting machines made a mistake? (or committed some fraud)
