It would be great if you could create such a country. But real life isn't so cloudless as theory is. Is there at least one conservative state with the size of population more at least 3 million people which fits your description?
States have to live by national standard as well. The EPA came to our state and said we have too much pollution, so they forced us into E-check. To get your plates or tags, your car has to pass the e-check test every two years. Mind you this is not the entire state, just a select few counties. After ten years, they got their little pollution meter out to test the air again. No difference. Instead of concluding that e-check is a failure and should be done away with it, they forced us to keep it another ten years.
The EPA said they didn't like our drinking water in northeast Ohio. Fine, if you come here, don't drink our water! No. The federal government says you have to have cleaner water which cost us billions of dollars which we pay for in our water and sewer bills. Mind you we are also paying for water and sewer infrastructure on top of that. I spend several thousand dollars a year to pay these bills for me and my tenants.
We have crime because of Democrats. The feds move in their high-crime lowlifes into suburbs with HUD, and they destroy the community. Biden's plans is to put that on steroids. He and Booker have been working on it for months. A state cannot refuse to allow a federal program to help lowlifes, so billions of dollars in property value are lost every year. That goes for every federal social program as well that we have to pay into.
So you see, a Republican state has little control over the perfect country I described. The only way to create this perfect environment is to create a Republican country.
