It is merely being moved to where it always belonged. With the lawmakers. It should never have existed even for one moment as a court mandated guideline. In that sense it was never constitutionally relevant.

The problem with the entire issue is that it is will force individual lawmakers to declare themselves publicly and force them to stop hiding behind the robes of the SCOTUS JUSTICES. As you know most politicians are total cowards when it comes to that.

Sadly, the lying lib media has their gullible followers believing that the SCOTUS is about to outlaw abortion. (Now THAT is the type of misinformation that should be stopped.) I had to educate a liberal the other day over what an overturn of R v W would mean. She was shocked, and said that MSNBC didn’t report it clearly, as if it were just sloppy journalism. What she still couldn’t face was that the lib media INTENTIONALLY lies to scare voters into going for the D.

A group of black robes that can't even tell us what a woman is because they are not qualified will glibly try and tell us we can kill the unborn and it is OK, cuz it ain't human nor living.

But really, that is the goal of every authoritarian nation, to reserve power and judgement to a very select few and screw all opposition.

Eight states—Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Michigan, Mississippi, Oklahoma, West Virginia and Wisconsin—still have unenforced pre-Roe abortion bans in their laws, which could be enforced if Roe were overturned.

Well let's make sure the voters in these states are unable to make these changes and continue with how the Federal government wishes to dictate to them on how to live

Not just about abortion, but pretty much everything else, like how to educate your children or what doctor you should or should not see

Cuz we all know that Diaper Joe has the best ideas and is the sole source of all truthiness.

And if he were not the sole source of all truth, he would not be starting the Ministry of Truth, now would he?

15 year olds having babies is a really bad idea. Mom and child can look forward to 50 years of welfare.
When we are poor enough that will be reduced. Class warfare within the working/social security class and the working poor/poverty class for survival will be intense.

And a few more added ones with trigger provisions if Roe was overturned.

Plenty of women in these States voted in people knowing they would do this.

So far all of the bigger protests I have seen are in States where they really have nothing to protest about, NY, Cali, Connecticut.

If killing the poor is the answer, why not just kill them all?

They should address the issue of personhood for the unborn, much like they should have ruled on the personhood of Blacks with the Supreme Court before ruling the Dred Scott case

If privacy is the issue, at least in terms of killing, then everyone should be allowed to murder in private.

So the Supreme court isn't about to outlaw abortion, but some states have laws against abortion that they can once again enforce.

15 year old s having sex is even worse.
Democrats are Ok with 15 year old girls having sex.

In fact, they will drive a minor to an abortion facility over and over and over again with tax payers dollars paying for it and their parents clueless as to what is going all, all the while probably being molested by Uncle Joe.

People in those states were nieve enough to believe right winger supreme court judges would never actually do that. They lied and said they wouldn't during their hearings.

Looks like the SC is going to remove protections and allow abortions to be outlawed. The result is the same as if they banned it themselves.
