Rich Americans are ditching California

Ty Warner reopened the Coral Casino Saturday and the young and very rich tech were lined up on Channel Drive in Montecito waiting to get in. Dues used to be $10k annually. Now it's $2500 a month. Some may be leaving CA, but others are taking their place.

BTW, the club initiation fees are $400k now.

No kidding, well, since he's an "expert" on tax evasion, I'm guessing he's not terribly concerned with taxes....dumbass.

Evidently your "facts" failed to mention he spent a couple years in prison for tax evasion and that he doesn't live in California full time. Not living in California helps avoid taxes...dumbass.
Boy, you sure have your head up your ass.

You really missed the truth and lied. Warner never went to jail. He got probation, community service, paid restitution and a fine.
Evidently, you're the biggest dumbass around.

Sorry bout that,

1. So there is no future for normal people in California?
2. I'm shocked!!!
3. Even Mexicans can't afford to be there.
4. Send us your poor useless folks, we will send them back you.

California’s population dipped below 39 million in 2023, the lowest count since 2015, according to the U.S. Census Bureau. Data shows the state lost 75,423 residents last year — continuing a dramatic trend that started with the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020.

Analysis of the approximately 750,000 people who have bid farewell to California over the last three years has revealed that thousands more high-earning, well-educated workers have left the Golden State than have moved in.

California has the highest state income tax in the country. Technically, its income tax brackets end at 12.3%, but the state applies an additional 1% on personal income over $1 million — meaning its wealthiest residents must pay a whopping 13.3%.

Those ultra-wealthy Californians, the top 1%, typically pay between 40-50% of the state’s personal income tax revenue.

Well, Govenor Newsom, good luck with that budget deficit. Those of us still in California, we may want to consider investing in stocks that sell tents.

The leftists can have themselves and their shithole state while the tax money moves to other states.

California is a mess.

Americans will have to liberate it one day.

Resistance to democrats is obedience to God.

Democrats = WEF

yea thats what it is gator....
Dude, I'm spending a month in Florida. This is true

Which city has the most expensive groceries in the U.S.? Here, Florida is No. 1. The average household in Miami spends about $327 a week on groceries,

I'm in Ft. Lauderdale and food is WAY more expensive than Michigan. Blame that on Biden? Why is this red state gouging citizens? I have a theory. They don't give a fuck about middle class residents. They get coupons in the mail. Us vacationers are being gouged.

And my uncles home is worth over $1 million. Back home that's a $250K house. People are fleeing Flroida trust me.

Just pointing out that people who want to brag Florida is a great red state, the cost of lving is out of control. Home owners insurance. Skyrocketing house prices. Is it Biden's fault or Ron DiSantis? Glad you guys didn't pick that ass clown. Now he's back being the king of Florida. Pretending things are good here.

Well they are for people who have money. Just like in California. And like California, Florida has a lot of tourism. So in the big cities like Miami and Ft Lauderdale, they are going to gouge the tourism.

Let's not forget the Florida turnpike. You have to pay a fee just to get in to Florida.

Do they have that in California? Imagine the toll let's say $10 x every person driving in and out of Florida. How many tourist come and go and pay $20? A lot. You're welcome Floridiots.
