That information was not shared with Congress. The Intel was being fixed around the mission. The mission from day one of his presidency was to remove Saddam from power. They used 9-11 to do just that. Their lying talking points led America to one of the worst strategic blunders in our history. Much more culpable than talking points about what might have happened in Benghazi.
