I can see it now. The guy call the police to report this "theft". The police show up, find out the guy is married and has been caught cheating and the wife decided to pitch his things out the door, down to Goodwill, whatever.

If there is no violence at this time, the police will tell the guy it is a civil matter.

So the guy gets an attorney and files suit.

The judge finds out the reason for the problem has been brought about by the cheating husband.

Good fucking luck to the guy to get ANYTHING back. And certainly no help from the courts.Maybe in the ensuing divorce he will get a couple things she missed throwing out. But probably not.

Cheaters never prosper is what I've always been told.
