They went 12 days in a row without a murder, an extremely rare occurence in DC. Other crimes are also down astronomically. As usual the democrats want to quote facts and figures that crime was already down but don't want to talk about the affected residents, who are glad as hell someone is finally cracking down on crime. Their mayor credited Trump for the greatly reduced crime but then went on to claim that residents don't feel safe anymore with national guard troops all over the place, as if residents must have felt safe before LOL.While the DEMs still are protesting against law and order ???
Don't know if it is true or not but I read there hasn't been any murders in DC lately.
...The Trump administration has announced more than 1,000 arrests in D.C. — including dozens in crime-ridden Wards 7 and 8 — since the president federalized the MPD and declared war on the district’s crime in early August.
Daily Caller News Foundation spent Tuesday afternoon in the neighborhoods of Benning and Lower Central Avenue in the low-income, majority-black Ward 7, which police label one of the two most dangerous wards in D.C. Four of the five pedestrians who answered the DCNF’s questions about crime said D.C.’s Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) needs federal assistance, with two expressing that deploying federal agents or the National Guard has made their area noticeably safer.
