Update On D.C. Crime

At those numbers it not crime reduction, it's crime suppression.

The difference being that as soon as no-one is watching the crime is likely to go right back up.
Unless you kill the criminals.

WAh. Like you leftists actually care about 'excessive govt spending' all of a sudden. lol what a joke post.
Always been a fiscal conservative and my degrees are in business, as well as operational Mgt experience. It is always import to me, how my money is spent, just like people paid me to make sure their money was spent well.

Oh, and your kind of mouthy for new guy. Your not some guy that got kicked of the board prior, or somebody posting for years getting kicked off multiple sites are. I certainly do not remember make personal attacks on you, unless you count, posting verifiable facts you just don't like being put out.

just stick your usual petty ego trips and comfort your pet left wing losers from the 'scary new people n stuff'. Your certificate of attendance from a Learing Center obviously didn't help you much in understanding real business and focus on deleting posts that make your buddies cry and selective rules enforcement.

And it only takes 2,400 Active Duty Guard troops, station there to this day, plus 3,200 sworn Metropolitan police, 300Plus United States Park Police, 75plus US Marshals, as well as an unknown number Customs and border patrol, and FBI.
Not counting CPI and FBI, as no hard numbers were available, that is at least 6,000 plus law enforcement for a city of 693,000. That is at least one officer for every 115 people.
That is a hell of a ratio.
So if you take out the Active Duty Guard troops, you are at a 1 for 200 which is still well below your stated numbers (in following posts).

Which means that DC was getting miserable results for a very generous ratio.

This is mouthy?

Compared to that shrew Alicia J?

Seems like D.C. is getting somewhat safer in many regards.

The number of homicides in Washington, D.C., has dropped steeply after President Donald Trump sent the National Guard to clean up the city in August 2025.

There have been 20 homicides in 2026 so far in the nation’s capital, which is a 52 percent drop compared to 42 homicides recorded in the same time period of 2025, according to D.C. police statistics.

That's great.

I won't address the bigger question.

I just thought it worth bringing this up as there was a lot of contention about this back when it started.

"Well, you can chalk up another win for me, folks. I just keep winning. Amazing, isn't it? Nobody's ever seen anything like it. But I do it day after day."

Not really. There are hundreds if not thousands of FBI and CPI, also in that mix, but neither agency reports numbers, as most likely classified. And, it should be remembered, National Guard troops in Washington, D.C. do not have general law enforcement and arrest powers; they can assist law enforcement but primarily serve as a visible security presence. U.S. Army

I had not noticed her in the conversation. I was referring to you pitching out political labels, as if you had some clue, at all.

You are a moron. You are closer than that right now!
Not the same. I was in daily or every other day contact, with echelons above reality back then. Now I have no contact or direct observance at all. Only facts and figures available to the public.

But apparently you think they aren't getting paid unless Trump has them do something Democrats don't approve of, right? Then it suddenly becomes 'costly' ...
