Republicans will likely have no choice but to work with democrats and vote in a moderate as House speaker

Talk about an another win for democrats and another loss for republicans who have proven over and over how dysfunctional the party really is at governing. The GOP continues to embarrass themselves with their infighting.

Which means a negotiated action for future legislation.

Nice to see some of the ballsier (comparitively) Republicans put their foot down on Gym. It's about time.

I see he wants a public vote, since he figures they'll be afraid to vote against Trump's wishes.

What a fuckin' mess. Predictably.
Sure. In private they'll vote against Trump's lackey Jordan. With a public vote they're afraid to piss off that MAL lunatic.

It's nothing more then a dysfunctional shitshow & we all know who's behind it. Trump, because every thing he touches turns to shit.

The fact that Jordan may be become SOTH, second in line to the Presidency should scare the bejeesus out of anyone with a brain.

I think the boys in the swing states are starting to figure out that showing some bipartisan approach will make them more electable because right now they are getting kick out... They look like idiots..
BOW, KNEEL, YIELD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Nope. You on the left refuse to work with us when you're in charge.....but you expect us to work with you.

So your solution is for Republicans to vote for Democrats?

Are you serious with this shit?
The fact that Trump, under indictment for 91 felonies should have any say whatsover on who the next Speaker is, is the most most preposterous load of dysfunctional horsehit to come out of Washington in the history of this Country.

The fact that GOP leadership is letting him get away with it shows how low that party has gone.

The RINOs have two choices.

1. Elect a leader that is acceptable to Freedom Caucus

2. Elect a leader that is acceptable to the goddamn Democrats.

To me that is a no brainer seeing that compromising with the Democrats always leads to disaster and that the Freedom Caucus is about fiscal responsibility.

However, I bet the RINOs will fuck the American people and go to bed with the filthy ass Democrats. It is not like they haven't done that many times before.

The freedom caucus about fiscal responsibility?

The people that ran up the debt $ 9 Trillion with Trump?

That freedom caucus?

Is the sky blue in the fantasy land you losers live in?

Not really...

Debt is measured against GDP.. The higher your GDP the better able you can pay it back, 100,000 laon for a normal guy is pretty big, but for a millionaire it is far smaller... Lets look at that..
View attachment 843508

So Clinton brought it down...
Bush was going well, slightly increasing and then blew it up...
Obama took years get it under control again (this isn't a car with and accelerator and brake). Obama had it steady when he left...
Trump was steadily increasing it again then blew it up.
Biden has reduced it significantly already.

You see the Freedom Caucus is about cutting everything. The problem about that is that you will hurt GDP... So if they rip money out of the economy and cut services that actually help GDP then US is actually weaker...
Then there is the long term harms, one of the best investments a country can make is education... A good cheap source of education and qualifications is a massive help to an economy, it takes generations to put in place and if you drastically cut it, US economy would be massively hurt...
So the Freedom Caucus simplistic plan of drastic cuts will be to try and fix a problem created under GOP Presidents which is now getting under control under a Democratic one. They also don't see how they would actually in the very short term probably reduce this but in reality they would make the problem worse..

I hope I have clearly shown with evidence my position... If you want to discuss it then please engage in an adult way...
Slick Willy increased the national debt just like every other President in modern times. He was saved by Reagan's economic boom and the big tech surge that ended about the time he left office. He was a scumbag but at least he was political astute enough to let Newt run the economy while he was getting blow jobs from interns and selling Arlington plots.

There is only Party now and that is the Party of Big Government. It is a coalition of the filthy ass Democrats and the stupid weak RINOs. The difference between the two factions is minimal.

The Freedom Caucus is the only hope this country has. If they fail America fails.

However, none of us should get our hopes up about the Freedom Caucus saving this country. There are only a dozen or so of them in the House and that is not enough. We are fucked. A corrupt bloated debt ridden Banana Republic working hard to become a Socialist Shithole.

What good is a Speaker who won't work with the Presidential candidate in 2024, and the incoming Trump Administration?

If the GOP wants to nominate someone who is going to kiss Democrat Ass, I guess they can do it, but they should be expecting to get schlonged in the upcoming election.

Don't you think we should work together in a bipartisan basis?

So you're saying that demofks don't want to negotiate?

Lol well that’s simply not true. Not only do republicans want to spend more but they also cut revenue.
The fact that not all Republicans are not without sin when it comes to spending doesn't mean that voting for a Democrat is a good way to cut spending. Just about any Republican is better on spending than any Democrat.

So where's the demofks plan to cut spending? Anyone seen it yet? Where's the staying put and not expanding the government? Where? Why can't we see this ideal plan? Is it so secret it doesn't exist? hahahhaahahhaahhaahahaha hey demofks, fk you

That's what a brainwashed prog drone would say.

The fact that GOP leadership is letting him get away with it shows how low that party has gone.
"Get away with" what? Only idiots believe any of those indictments are not purely political. You just can't stand the idea that Republicans don't give a shit about your sleazy dishonest take on the issue.

Such ignorance
Do you pay any attention to politics?

Yep, can you read what’s going on? Apparently the repubs are fractured and are going to need dem help to get a speaker elected. They are going to want something for that help.
