The way I've been looking at this recently is that we all have a line in the sand, i.e., a place at which we say "no, I can't do it, I don't care what there is to gain, it is just not worth this".

At this point one can only conclude Trump's remaining online supporters are truly idiots, or they're not idiots but purely malevolent, wanting to see the country destroyed. Or they might be foreign agents posing as Americans.

But with so many former Trump insiders, who HE HIRED, saying he's a disaster and a would-be tyrant, there is no logic in rejecting them all as 'disgruntled employees', which is insulting to them and all of us.
