Republicans have spent millions pretending they protect pre existing conditions.

Are there any Republicans on the USMB who are so stupid they would deny Republicans want to end the protection of pre existing conditions?

For the more honest Republicans on the USMB, is ending protections for pre existing conditions, is that a "winning issue"?

Don't forget Nevada - Dean Heller. They apparently think people are too dumb to notice.

Obamacare is unfortunately here to stay. That’s the thing with entitlements - they’re virtual impossible to reverse

I hereby issue a challenge to denerd to read the brief and show us where they are challenging pre-existing conditions.
CONCLUSION
The Court should issue a preliminary injunction, enjoining Defendants from enforcing the Affordable Care Act and its associated regulations.

Why do Republicans keep saying entitlements? The only real entitlements I’ve seen is the money that flows from blue states to keep disastrous red state economies from going under.

Shhhhhh, Even worse, I’ve heard, that Republicans like to arm crazies because they use toddlers in daycare’s and schools as target practice.
And the ones that survive, the poor ones, Republicans want to starve and want to cut their healthcare. Seems they only like the fetus. But keep that a secret. Because nobody knows that.

In fact, in Appalachia, which covers a dozen red states, infant mortality is rising and life expectancy is falling and Republicans think that’s a job well done.

Associated regulations. Like pre-existing conditions. Exactly what I just said.

When they tell you they care about pre-existing conditions...research their votes.

They are LYING

Pretty slick, ain't it?

ROFLMAO

There are also the 70 attempts to repeal ObamaCare and replace it with NOTHING.

It is astounding the Republicans have the audacity to claim they want to protect pre-existing conditions. They must have nothing but utter contempt for the voters they think are stupid enough to fall for that hoax.

I hereby issue a challenge to denerd to read the brief and show us where they are challenging pre-existing conditions.
Easy peasy!

From the brief:

The ACA imposes voluminous regulations on health-insurance companies, with the most prominent being “guaranteed issue” and “community rating” requirements. Guaranteed-issue mandates that health-insurance companies “accept every employer and individual in the State that applies for [ ] coverage,” regardless of preexisting conditions. This prevents health-insurance insurance companies from completely denying coverage to individuals deemed too high-risk, thus furthering the Act’s goal of “near-universal coverage.”
Community-rating prohibits health insurers from charging higher rates to individuals within a given geographic area on the basis of their age, sex, health status, or other factors.
Together, these two provisions “are designed to make qualifying insurance available and affordable for persons with medical conditions that may require expensive care,”
furthering the Act’s goal of “creating effective health insurance markets in which improved health insurance products that are guaranteed issue and do not exclude coverage of pre-existing conditions can be sold,”

As we saw in my last post, the Republicans have sued in court to stop the requirement of health insurance companies to insure those with pre-existing conditions.

They have voted 70 times to repeal ObamaCare and replace it with NOTHING.

And now they actually have the fucking audacity to claim they are protecting people with pre-existing conditions!

I have marveled many times on this forum at just how much dumber the Rube Herd seems to get each day. Apparently the Republican Establishment has observed the same phenomena and is exploiting the retardation and credulity of the rubes to the max.
