Exactly, neither is a cell phone bill, a water bill, or any of that. Which is why voter ID is a good thing. Proof of citizenship to get a voter ID.

Really? Because I did a thread last year about that. In several states, a water bill can be used to register to vote, or a cable bill. In several states, signature verification isn’t required. In some states, they just register people who get a drivers license (motor voter laws).
