I've done that once.... my town used the 10 ft easement up on the main road to dig a gully for rain and snowmelt from the road and ended the gully by tilting it in to my property, so a little lake would form on the corner of my property that I could not use.... They did not ask permission to do this to my land... Make my property useless in that area.... I requested that they reduce the value if my land and reduce my taxes on it.... Of which they did!

Yeah I bet you never asked them to increase the value did you? Of course not. Its a stupid argument. The tax valuation is rarely if ever anywhere near the market value and no one ever asks the state to make it so.
Why did Trump repeatedly do that...? What was his purpose to lie before the banks and insurance companies etc? Was it truly harmless for his fraudulent statements and certification statements to be made...?
Why did Trump repeatedly do what? Try and get the tax valuation reduced on his property? Is that a serious question? Why did you do it? Why does anyone do it?
Regardless, the law states very very clearly, that NO ONE has to be harmed individually by the fraud one commits under this civil law..... Trump team tried 3 different times to use that excuse, but was shot down, legally rejected by the judge on those attempts under the law written....

And Finally, the judge sanctioned all three of Trump's lawyers for continuing their frivolous attempts to do this.... That talking point is DEAD!

The Racist Attorney General of New York convinced a New York Judge that Mar-a-Lago, in Palm Beach, was worth 18,000,000, when it may be worth 100 times that amount. They juggled my numbers in a fraudulent manner in order to make their Fake Case against me believable. This ridiculous suit should be immediately dropped. Appellate Division should intercede. These people, like Jack Smith, are DERANGED!

Trump will get his chance once again, in the appeals court.

This case is not about taxes or insurance fraud or bank fraud.....

It is about following the laws in place for good business practice and environment for all businesses....A market place of fairness and truth for all businesses.

This is about America first and the sell outs who owe others allegiance. The empowered using vengeance as the tool to our national decline and acceptance into a world government. And many people do not realize that they will be poorer as sharing the wealth will be forced.

No it absolutely is NOT "retarded". It is a national disgrace that this criminal has been allowed to get away with this stuff for 50 years. Every since his bankruptcy scams in the early 90's I've wondered why he wasn't being prosecuted for his obvious criminal behaviour.

Trump bragged about walking away from his first bankruptcy with $40 million in his own pockets. I was shocked by this since Trump had gone public with these casinos and invited investors to "get rich with him". Every time Trump has offered the public the opportunity to "get rich with him", Trump dances off with millions, and the members of the public who were gullible enough to believe his lies, lost their life savings.


 
If I tell the bank my home is worth $1.5 billion…..they do not just take my word. THEY FUCKING APPRAISE IT.

The banks were paid back the loans with interest. This is level 9 TDS.

If I go down to the bank and ask for a million dollar loan and for collateral I offer a wooden nickel that I say is worth 1 million dollars. If the bank agrees is that my fault or the banks? Without knowing the exact details of the loans Trump got using his real estate assets as collateral if the banks made those loans they did so knowing what they were worth or didn’t care and gave him the loan based on his name/brand and their assessment of his ability to pay back the loan. You know just like they do with virtually everyone else.
 
Trump has been taxed at the rate of an $18 million valuation. If Mar-a-lago is indeed worth $300 million, then TRUMP OWES MILLIONS IN UNPAID PROPERTY TAXES.

This is true of ALL Trump properties because Trump has consistently fought high property tax assessments on his properties.

and that it can only increase by law..I think it's up to 3% now, it was less..per annum.

I never claimed that. Was pointing out to the poster that the judge did NOT appraise the property but the county appraiser did.
