The elites are buying up all the fresh water aquifers and the rights thereof. They are using aerosol spraying of heavy metal nano-particulates which some call "chem-trails", some call geo-engineering and some call "Solar Radiation Management" but whatever the fuck you want to call it? They are spraying the ever living shit out of us and it is actually causing more problems than it is solving if it's an actual benevolent program. This program is the cause of global dimming but it also is trapping heat because it has heavy metal particulates that trap it which is explains why night temperatures are the highest ever and this program began in earnest in 1997.
