They LEFT their haven around Baghdad Zone 1 which is where the surge was. Then we chased them to Mosul, Diyala, Salah and a few other areas and they LEFT there.

Add in we BRIBED all of the Sunni insurgents, many of them with Al Qaeda ties, to stay home during the surge. There is plenty of video showing them coming in and getting 5 grand in AMERICAN CASH, $100 BILLS not to oppose us in the surge. Patreus came forward with the idea publicly.

Where is the Iraqi that wants a democratic government free from religious influence in government?
