I think the exec should consult Congress and not let a foreign power and the flawed security state make war decisions, I also think Congress should seek council from the people, and that hasn't happened for a long time. If people ever become able to realize what is truth and what is political theater in the US government, they would soon realize that all of congress is paid by the arms industry to start wars, especially again Iran and all other countries rich in natural resources.
