Last year's U.S. strike on Syria didn't deter Assad. Trump may feel obliged to try again, to avoid appearing weak.

First, they undermine Trump’s stated determination to get out of Syria, having argued with his military advisers only last week that he prefers to get U.S. troops out in months, not years.

Second, by calling the attack "mindless," an "atrocity" and a "humanitarian disaster," Trump would appear to have locked himself into retaliating with at least a symbolic, targeted airstrike against the regime for what appears to be yet another use of internationally banned chemical weapons — as Trump did on April 6, 2017, almost exactly a year ago.

I didn't vote at all ergo I supported no candidate in the last election

Do you understand that, Dory or will I have to repeat myself in the next 30 seconds?

You didn't vote? Then I'm about to tell you what I think about your sorry pathetic ass. I think you should be banned from talking politics. Or I think that should be highlighted on your picture. I'll have to remember you are a piece of shit bad citizen who didn't even bother to vote.

I don't think I will forget this again. Your opinion means nothing to me. By loser.
I've heard the argument before that if you don't vote then you have no right to complain, etc. What other rights would you like to see taken away from People who don't vote? I didn't vote in 2012 seeing how it was a toss up between an America hating commie and a spineless rino. I felt it was a waste of time.So what other rights should we lose?

The right to complain. The right to affordable healthcare. The right to have a fund raiser because someone in your family is dying and you can't afford the healthcare bills. The right to complain when they end social security and medicare and you need it. The right to have an opinion. The right to arm chair qb. The right to back seat drive.

Maybe I haven't explained it to you before but the entire reason our country and politics are fucked up is because so many citizens don't vote. It's why the rich control/own the midterms.

You two are pathetic. I'd rather 100% show up and Trump win than 50% show up and Hillary win. Why? Because then it's a true representation of what the people are actually thinking.

This is why I no longer care about poor people Bernie Sanders said poor people don't vote
Well at least you had the back bone to admit you want to take rights away from people. Most liberals are too cowardly. Thanks.

Trump could shoot someone on 5th avenue and not lose one person who doesn't vote. That's a fact.

That's just your insane rambling. If Trump shot someone he'd be arrested and charged. Your whole premise about the country being screwed up because people don't vote is not very well thought out. If more people voted they still all be voting for the same two or three choices, and very likely in the same percentages.

I'll bet a million ******* dollars you didn't vote in the midterms either. That means the last time you voted was in 2008 and it was for McCain. Am I correct?

Oh, and you missed the point. To people who don't vote, it really doesn't matter what Trump does. He can't lose a vote he never got and if you won't show up and vote for his opponent, you really don't matter. Not to the politicians and not to me.

No son it is you who hasn't thought it out. Imagine if everyone voted. Who would Republicans be working to win their votes? They most certainly wouldn't be catering to the fight right wing of your party. They would be working and trying to impress the masses. The fringes wouldn't matter so much. People who want to ban abortion would be margainalized.

Right now politicians can get away murder because only 60% of us vote. And 30% of us vote for them no matter what because they are far right wingers.

See son? The way things are now, the Democrats are catering to welfare bums and people who support illegals and the GOP are catering to anti abortionist gun nut racists.

And you're sitting at home wondering why our democracy sucks? It's not the bad voters you ******* fool it's you. What's wrong with our country. YOU *****!

We should do to you what Australia does to it's bad citizens

If an elector who has failed to vote refuses to pay the $20 penalty, then the matter may be referred to a Magistrates Court, where a fine of up to 1 penalty unit plus costs may be ordered on conviction. Anyone who chooses not to pay the court-ordered fine will be dealt with by the Court accordingly, and this may involve community service orders, seizure of goods, or other court imposed sanctions. The penalty in such circumstances will be a decision for the local Magistrates Court and not the Australian Electoral Commission.

Don't be a loser. Vote. Even if you vote wrong vote. Republicans worry about losing votes but they NEVER worry about losers who don't vote. In fact they love to discourage you from voting. You'll hear them tell us voting doesn't matter. There is no difference between the parties.

Do you notice it's never a liberal who says there is no difference between the two parties? Why do you think Republicans are always the ones floating that idea? It's because they don't give a **** if you vote. Better if you vote for them but if they can't achieve that the next best thing is to get you to stay home, which you do.

So you and Skull Pilot are Republicans. You're doing exactly what they want. Fool.

So Trump better not bomb them or he will lose your support?

OK Dory I'll tell you again

I didn't vote for Trump

You just admitted in another thread that you will never vote again. Here you seem to be implying that you ONLY didn't vote in 2012. So did you really vote in 2016? And are you suggesting you aren't happy with Trump so you won't be voting for him in 2020? That's some good news.

Anyways, you don't matter. You may as well be dead because your opinion means nothing. It's like a fart whenever you post.

Why $20? Because most people will just go vote rather than pay the $20. And **** it if bad citizens would rather pay $20 or do community service, either way I'm happy.

I have the right to vote which means I have the right not to vote when no one worth voting for is on the ballot
You're an idiot. POS as far as I'm concerned.

And the best part of you ran down your mother's leg and was licked up by the dog

You should be fined $20. And if you don't pay you should be made to do community service.

Why $20?

You must think that's a lot of money.
That is what they fine Australians who don't vote. And if you don't pay it they will give you community service.

By loser.

I'm crushed, really

Oh look a rich conservative who's on here every day crying about life who now claims he's rich. LOL.

Why don't you shut the **** up Skull? You're an idiot who doesn't vote. Man I lost a lot of respect for you today. You may as well told me you collect foodstamps or you are on disability.

And you wouldn't be the first right wing retard I ran into who was on government cheese while at the same time bashing the government.

I never said anything about being rich I just commented that you must think $20 is a lot of money

And FYI I am not a conservative, not a republican, not a democrat, not a libertarian

I unlike you am a free thinker

Have you ever had to pay a $20 fine? You have to write the check, use a stamp, go to the post office, write out the address. I think most people would vote if they had to bother doing all that.

And it turns out that $20 fine works. Australians show up to vote and they aren't nearly as fucked up as we are.
