Raising Masculine Sons

Whatever gave you the idea that there was no father in my home? If I remember correctly, I didn't specifically say either way; as it happens, I've been happily married for 27 years, as of this coming Friday.

I think that's what you brought to the OP yourself, because there's no such implication in what I wrote. You ASSumed because I talked about a mother's role in raising sons that she MUST be raising them alone, as though having their father around would negate her having any role in their masculinity at all.
