the million dollars was NOT given to Bill for 5 minutes of his time...

the 1 million was a donation to the Clinton foundation for charity. The 5 minutes they requested was to donate their 1 million dollar charity check that they promised to donate as a birthday gift to Bill for the Clinton foundation.... the 1 million was not to bill Clinton....he did not receive any money from Qatar for himself.

Qatar was our ally, even GW Bush used Qatar after 9/11 during gulf war 2, the Iraq invasion...as our refueling spot etc for our military....

it was NEVER a secret donation, it had always been listed as a donation on the Clinton Foundation's web site, and on their foundation books.
