That OPEC manipulates the market. It has nothing to do with Trump. It has to do with the realities of the world oil market. Oil requirments didnt go down when Russia invaded Ukraine. Worldwide oil production didnt increase to enough to replace the oil that Russia produces. So what's that tell you?
Because they are forced by loyalty to the orange slob to take embarrassing, untenable positions. That has to be frustrating. They're getting more pissy by the day. I wonder why that is.
Every oil producing country manipulates the market to one degree or another, but that has nothing to do with whether people are buying Russian oil or notThat OPEC manipulates the market.
Your TDS is showing again, you mentally ill nutcase. What part of them going back down quite a bit did you miss?
It's pretty sad to watch you pretend to weep for Germans paying more for gas, but not give a shit about the orange slob's boyfriend slaughtering Ukrainians.
We gave Putin the green light to invade Ukraine by letting him watch us turn tail and run in Afghanistan. But for that, Putin would not have invaded Ukraine and we would not be close to a nuclear WWIII.Talk to Putin about that. That's on him. No one else.
Putin is to blame. He is the aggressor. Period. Trying to make him out as some kind of victim or innocent bystander is preposterous. We gave Putin the green light to invade Ukraine by letting him watch us turn tail and run in Afghanistan. But for that, Putin would not have invaded Ukraine and we would not be close to a nuclear WWIII.
How did blowing up the Nordstream pipeline help Europe? For those of us who consider Putin & Russia to be a malevolent actor on the world stage:
Putin's stupid gambit in Ukraine is not only isolating Russia for decades to come, -- I love that -- but it is also rapidly changing world trade dynamics in a positive way for the United States of America. While Putin thought (HA) that he had Europe over an oil barrel when he invaded, the world quickly adapted, America jumped in, and he has screwed himself in the energy department, too.

How American energy helped Europe best Putin
Moscow bet its energy shipments to Europe would stifle the opposition to its invasion of Ukraine. Instead, it sparked a backlash that has dramatically altered global trade.www.politico.com
“Europe’s energy divorce from Russia is nearly complete,” said Andrew Lipow, president of oil industry and market consulting firm Lipow Oil Associates. “We’re seeing a permanent change as far as how Europe gets its energy in the future. One result is the United States and European energy policy are going to be more closely intertwined.”
Europe’s reaction against its largest energy supplier’s attempt to remake the map has sent shockwaves through global markets. These were felt most acutely on the continent, where electricity and natural gas prices surged as much as 15-fold, prompting governments to spend more than $800 billion to ease consumers’ financial burdens.
We (particularly political ideologues) just don't seem to learn that you can't make predictions, assumptions and extrapolations in a complex world. No one saw this transformation coming this quickly, and the United States of America has led the way. As we should.
I love it.
We still have to deal with the country who is actually a bigger adversary, China, but no doubt they have taken note of what America leading the world again looks like. The USA doesn't exist in weak isolation, and it's nice to see that we know that again.

Sounds more like Zelensky's excuse.Putin is to blame. He is the aggressor. Period. Trying to make him out as some kind of victim or innocent bystander is preposterous.
"You made me do it": The excuse of rapists, murderers, and terrorists.
Are you denying Zelensky has outlawed other political parties, controls the media, and is arresting Russian Orthodox Christians? If you are, you are a lying hack. You love you some Putin. Poor Putin.
Right, it has to do with literally all the alternatives. You get that, right?Every oil producing country manipulates the market to one degree or another, but that has nothing to do with whether people are buying Russian oil or not

? Alternatives to oil? Alternatives to who's supplying you your oil? What alternatives?Right, it has to do with literally all the alternatives. You get that, right?
What happened in Afghanistan has little to nothing to do with what's happening in Ukraine. We gave Putin the green light to invade Ukraine by letting him watch us turn tail and run in Afghanistan. But for that, Putin would not have invaded Ukraine and we would not be close to a nuclear WWIII.
To Russian oil, of course.Alternatives to oil?
That's the point. There isnt an alternative is there? The world uses a certain amount of oil regardless of any sanctions on Russian oil we pass. We (the world) cant ramp up production enough to account for the amount of oil and LNG Russia produces. So, all that's really happened is who's buying oil from whom has moved around. The only other alternative is to reduce the amount of oil the world is using by a significant amount which we know isnt going to happen. The danger of that being is that there is potential for that to create relationships between Russia and countries that didnt already exist or to strengthen relationships between Russia and countries that are not beneficial to US interests. A prime example of that being India. To Russian oil, of course.
