Oil producers are not producing at 100% capacity at all times. OPEC could increase production. But they won't. You have about a years worth of news to catch up on.

There isn't 10% of total global production in excess capacity out there dumb ass. But even if there were there isn't a market for it. As much as we would like to think that our opinion on the Ukraine/Russian war is held by the rest of the world it isn't, and those countries that don't will be happy to purchase Russian oil at a discount. Countries like India and China.

No thinking about it. It's what happened. We showed Putin that we would let Afghanistan fall to terrorists so he thought he could invade Ukraine so he did. In retrospect he was wrong but the fact is Ukraine was invaded when it didn't have to be. We could have saved both Afghanistan and Ukraine.
