Bla-bla-bla... First of all, there is no legitimate president in Ukraine, to sign any treaty (may be except unconditional surrender). Second - NATO is not in its 1997 borders yet.
Third - Ukrainian law doesn't allow any negotiation with Russia.

So, I don't see any possibility of any negotiation now or in nearest future.
