What is being offered to Ukraine for allowing Russia to have all that territory unchallenged?

I don't really know. That's going to be up to Russia. I think that Putin is still going to leave the original offer on the table of there being a neutral territory created in the Ukraine or the Eastern Ukraine. That's assuming that Putin doesn't want to create an empire, and I've never believed that's why he had to go to war.

Of course the Crimea can never be awarded to the Ukraine, but the status quo agreement that was in effect before US interference is going to be necessary at least for Russia. Probably Russia and the people of the Crimea will demand more.

Do keep in mind thought that this is all assuming that Putin will be generous, after having to suffer the expenditure of Russian lives. He could take a position similar to America takes on it's victim countries. He's earned his stripes!

LOL, you have no idea how far off you are since Russia BEFORE the invasion began requested a security treaty for Ukraine, Russia and NATO but it was quickly rejected out of hand by the NATO chief, a few months later after the Russia invaded Ukraine there was a tentative agreement to end the war with Ukraine having almost all the land back except Crimea and stay out of NATO, NATO/West demanded Zelensky to drop it and continue using Ukrainian cannon fodder to continue a hopeless PROXY war that benefits the West at Ukraine expense a PROXY war designed to wear down Russia a failure is why the West is now in panic mode talking about direct involvement.....

I think it's for the best to talk peace with Russia. There's at least a chance that a better settlement will come out of it!
Otherwise, Russia is going to take the entire Ukraine and probably eliminate another 200 or 300 thousand Ukrainian soldiers.

Do keep in mind that Putin offered peace back in March of 22 and that should have made it clear to you that he wasn't interested in the least on creating a Russian empire out of Europe.

Anything that stops the war for now.. It doesn't have to be a permanent arrangement. Just got the damn more stopped and start rebuilding Ukraine.

Bla-bla-bla... First of all, there is no legitimate president in Ukraine, to sign any treaty (may be except unconditional surrender). Second - NATO is not in its 1997 borders yet.
Third - Ukrainian law doesn't allow any negotiation with Russia.

So, I don't see any possibility of any negotiation now or in nearest future.
