Protective Edge Really About Gaza's Natural Gas?

I just realized you mean the Palestinian kids in Gaza, well his name is Khaled Masha'al-that war criminal ordered it.
Nice try.
What's the name of the Jew who commanded the IDF ship that murdered four Gazan teens?
How many has he murdered since then?
Maybe you can help Lieberman assassinate Khaled Mashal; he's in a tunnel:lol:

You don't have a case.

According to Palestinian news agency WAFA, the Hamas movement is in the throes of an economic crisis in its political, military and social institutions, after a number of corruption affairs within it were exposed. Public anger has forced the movement to bring many activists accused of corruption to justice, to avoid a revolution in the Gaza Strip. Some of the cases involved bribery in the justice system itself.

According to one report, the Hamas political bureau held several meetings to discuss the many corruption affairs connected to the financing of the movement's institutions in the Gaza Strip, the financing of the Izz ad-Din al-Qassam Brigades, and especially payments of activists' wages. Moreover, the movement's financial statements show that bad investments were made in real estate in Saudi Arabia, in Syria, and in Dubai, leading to the loss of tens of millions of dollars that had been earmarked for rehabilitating the Gaza Strip.

...But the cherry on the cake is the conduct attributed to Hamas's foremost leaders: Khaled Mashaal, head of the organization's political bureau, and Ismail Haniyeh, head of the organization in Gaza. It was reported recently that Mashaal smuggled $12 million from Syria to Turkey under cover of the civil war in Syria. Mashaal reportedly appointed someone by the name of Jibril Janid to transfer the money to Turkey in October 2012 from Mashaal's borther-in-law. It was also reported that the money belonged to Hamas, but Mashal said it had "disappeared" in the civil war.

Furthermore, a Qatari real estate company has unveiled a seven-acre project in Qatar that includes four towers and a 2.5 acre commercial center owned by Mashaal, his wife and son. According to the company's engineer, the towers will be among the most prominent in Doha, with 250 luxury apartments, a private club, a kindergarten, a library, and tourist attractions.

It's no wonder therefore that an Egyptian television presenter mocked Mashaal the other day. "Khaled Mashaal sits and eats in restaurants in Qatar. He runs his jihad from Qatar. My dear sir, Khaled Mashaal, the jihad is in Gaza. Mr. Khaled and all his brave warriors in Gaza people don’t have enough to eat, children are suffering and buildings are destroyed with their inhabitants. And all this time he resides in the most luxurious hotel in the most beautiful district, in a room that overlooks the office that the Israelis opened there." (The screen shows pictures of Mashaal eating and in a fitness room).

"Where is the courage? Where is the heroism? If you have real spirit in you, go back tomorrow. Get on the first plane and come back to Egypt. Don't worry, we'll open the Rafah crossing for you, and make sure you get to the other side safely, and reach your family whole and healthy. Our brothers the Palestinians will greet you and you will meet your brother there, what's his name? Ismail Haniyeh… sit in one of the hiding places underground and manage operations. At least you'll stand at the head of your people. Every shepherd leads his flock, and you, sir, are responsible for your people. A leader doesn't run away. A leader is not afraid. A leader does not run things by telephone…

2009?
That's your response to the deliberate murder of four Palestinian teens last Wednesday by your heroic Jews? How do you justify that war crime, especially the second shell that targeted the three running survivors thirty seconds after the first shell landed?

You don't have a case.
Jews need to end their blockade of Gaza; that's my case.
What's yours?

Stop bombing Israel and you won't have this problem.

In 2000 British Gas (BG) discovered about $4 billion worth of natural gas reserves off the coast of Gaza. Wildly optimistic assessments have claimed the amount of gas in Palestine could make that nation as rich as Kuwait.

"In due reaction, since 2000, Israel has strengthened its maritime blockade on Gaza, denying Palestine basic rights over its territorial waters, driving away Palestinian fishing boats, and contaminating the waters so heavily from its naval attacks that the fishing industry essentially collapsed.

"'On its coastal littoral,' reported Peter Beaumont from Gaza several years ago, 'Gaza’s limitations are marked by a different fence where the bars are Israeli gunboats with their huge wakes, scurrying beyond the Palestinian fishing boats and preventing them from going outside a zone imposed by the warships.'

"It is discernible that this is directly due to Israel’s appetite for Palestinian gas.

In recent years, Israel’s energy crisis has deepened..."

Stop stealing land and water and killing Arab kids, and you won't get bombed.

Israel has exceeded the requirements from the Oslo Accords II.

Nobody is stealing water.

There are over 250 illegal water wells that have been drilled. Some of them are contaminated. Infrastructure is a huge problem with leaks. Nothing to do with Israel. Waste water treatment has been a huge problem. Untreated sewage runs down to Israel. Again. Nothing to do with Israel. Jacked up antiquated irrigation methods utilized by farmers. Nothing to do with Israel. Don't want Israeli help? That's cool.
But, do nothing and then blame Israel? WTF is wrong with you?

Same idiocy came out with the trilateral water agreement. It might legitimize Israel.

This is from 2012 and Israel was on board.

Bi-national public-private water company. Boom. It's done. Your donor countries can work on Palestinian infrastructure.

The private corps in Israel have proved to be unresponsive and high priced. Completely unsatisfactory. Unless that is your main reason for politicizing water. Privatization. Listening to you that sounds to be about right as you are consistently devoid of facts. All of the above was being discussed before your rhetoric.

Chomsky was a Zionist living in Israel before you were born.
It was the racist behavior toward Arabs by his fellow Jews that convinced Noam the Jewish state was a mistake.
It still is, but it's time is nearly up.

What's the point of investing billion$ in Palestinian infrastructure for Jews to blow up the next time the feel the need of field testing their weapons systems? If Jews would stop bombing Gazan sewage and electricity generating plants fewer donor countries would need to get involved. Israel is the Occupying Power of Gaza; that means Jews are responsible for all innocent (and Jewish) deaths that occur there. Own it.

The money is already there. What part of this are you not grasping?

Gaza is not paying for their electricity. The PA owes 1.5 billion shekel.
There is a case making it's way to obtain the ability to shut off for non payment.
The request was made to forgive the debt during the peace talks. It was a non starter.

If the Israeli government does not help the Israel Electric Corporation collect debt from the Palestinian Authority, the Knesset Finance Committee may appeal to the High Court of Justice, the committee’s chairman said on Tuesday.

“If the state does not help the IEC in collecting the debt from the Palestinian Authority, the Finance Committee will consider turning to the High Court of Justice – to obligate the state to address the problem,” said Finance Committee Chairman Nissan Slomiansky (Bayit Yehudi). “It cannot be that citizens of Israel will finance the deficits of the IEC, which stem, among other things, from the PA’s lack of debt collection.”

Overall, the PA’s contribution to the IEC’s total NIS 73 billion debt is only about NIS 1.369b., or 1.9 percent of the grand total, according to data from the IEC Although IEC executives and coalition MKs harped on the government’s failures to pressure the PA into paying the electricity debts, members of the opposition slammed these claims as convenient ways to gloss over the company’s much larger problems.

“If we were a private company, we would have stopped supplying power to the Palestinian Authority and the Gaza Strip a long time ago,” said IEC chairman Yiftah Ron-Tal, at the committee meeting. “If an ordinary citizen would not pay his electricity bill, we would disconnect him within a week, and here, despite the enormous financial debt of the company, we have to continue to provide electricity to the PA.”

Ron-Tal said that even when the PA does collect money from its residents, Palestinian officials often transfer the funds for other purposes because there is no one to enforce the PA’s obligations to the IEC.

"According to B'Tselem's initial figures, at least 505 Palestinians have been killed in the Gaza Strip and Israel in the time between early Tuesday, 8 July 2014, when Operation Protective Edge airstrikes on Gaza began until the 21 July at 9PM.*

The fatalities include:

140 minors (one minor participated in the hostilities)

56 women (under age 60)

28 senior citizens (aged 60 and over)

Initial findings indicate that 102 of the people killed participated in the hostilities.

Two Israeli civilians were killed within Israel during this time, and 27 soldiers were killed in the Gaza Strip and Israel."

Problem being, and which you failed to mention, Gaza sold their rights to those resources so there'd be no need to go to war to secure them.

Until Hamas violently took control. Then -- even Egypt wouldn't recognize the split that Hamas induced in the Palestinian leadership..

Right NOW -- Abbas has his ass in Egypt for PEACE negotiations that could bring progress to the shame of Gaza occupation by Hamas and relief to the Pali citizens. Toss your "warriors" out of Gaza, UNITE THE PALESTINIANS under responsible leadership and the reasons for blockades and sanctions will crumble.

There ARE responsible Palestinians working for progress instead of risking progress and lives.. Don't count them out..

When Hamas came to power at the ballot box in 2006, many voters in Gaza were asked why they voted for "terrorists." They said they were given a choice between the mafia (Fatah) and the Salvation Army (Hamas).

Israel and the US immediately condemned that democratic outcome, and Israel launched a blockade of Gaza designed to generate so much misery the Gazans would rise up and dispatch Hamas.

Since that time many gangsters in the Salvation Army have gotten rich from the blockade, but they are not the criminal who have it within their power to end the hostilities.

Those are in DC and Tel Aviv.

If Israel lifts its blockade of Gaza, Hamas can get back to building infrastructure in Gaza instead of self-defense tunnels beneath it.

Anyway you're confused. In THIS country -- our choice is between Salvation Army handouts and the Guardian Angels. In Palestine -- THEIR choice was between Adults who want an Internationally recognized Homeland and the hoodlum drop-outs in the Crips street gang.. Not up to me or your OR ISRAEL to make that choice.

And it is SICK -- how much attention Hamas is getting and how little the RESPONSIBLE leadership of the Palis is getting. That's part of their plan.. Nobody cares what Hamas thinks -- unless people are dying..

Hamas won at the ballot box before the US/Israel and Fatah tried to take over with a coup in Gaza. When Hamas came to power they were known primarily for building schools, hospitals, and charitable organizations in Gaza; Fatah was a gangster enterprise who attracted candidates simply because of the graft and corruption public office provided. In fact, Hamas only won that election in 2006 because they ran one candidate per office while Fatah ran several.

Israel is currently the occupying power in Gaza.
They can end the killing by lifting their blockade.
They are not willing to do that.
Why, do they want all the land of Palestine for Jews only?

Israel and Egypt Blockade Gaza because they keep bringing in weapons. Even under the blockades they still manage to get 10,000 rockets into Gaza..........................

Perhaps Hamas could start spending their money on improving Gaza instead of spending all their money on Weapons.

They don't want Peace. They want Destruction. You can't negotiate with that Ideology. It isn't possible, unless you are just as F.....d up in the head as they are.

The weapons come in because of Israel's illegal blockade of Gaza.
Jews will never lift the blockade because they (still) want all the land between the River and the sea.
What part of that confuses you most?
