Church shooter was charged with animal cruelty in 2014
From CNN's Deanna Hackney

Texas church shooter Devin Patrick Kelley was arrested on a cruelty to animals charge in August, 2014 in El Paso County, Colorado, according to the Sheriff’s Office there.

He was living in a Colorado Springs RV park at the time.

The witness who made the call to report the abuse incident saw Kelley jump on a young white and brown husky then he "began punching the dog with a closed fist near the head and neck area," according to records. The witness said Kelley then punched the dog four to five times, and "grabbed the dog by the neck and drug him away." Several other witnesses reported similar accounts of the beating of the pup.

El Paso County Sheriff’s dept. deputies approached Kelley, who denied the account, but was still charged with animal cruelty, a misdemeanor. The pup was taken to a Veterinary Specialty Center for treatment.

Kelley was issued a summons to appear in court at the scene. He did not spend any time in jail for the offense.

This is just one of his violent instances. He was court martialed for beating his wife and his child. And he had recently threatened his mother-in-law. The guy was a violent time bomb. But no one noticed.

And then someone sold him a rifle illegally. THEY should be held liable as well.

Proof that the SA shooter wasn't a liberal

Proof or no proof, the fact of the matter is that neither conservatives nor liberals are willing to "claim" a mass shooter once s/he demonstrates that they are just "bat sh*t crazy." And, frankly, once one has thus shown one's true colors, there's far more to be concerned about than whether s/he is/was liberal or conservative.

This guy was an absolute piece of excrement, and I celebrate the fact that he's dead!!!!!
This guy was an absolute piece of excrement

Yes, he was.

I celebrate the fact that he's dead!!!!!

I'm sorry, I can't go that far.

Glad
he no longer poses a threat to anyone? Well, that I can do. Celebrate his being dead? No. What's the difference? It's the difference between merely having an emotion and acting on that emotion.

LOL. It's like saying Anthony Weiner isn't liberal because he was sexting little girls.

He was an atheist faggot, wife and child beater, and tried to solicit underaged girls to have sex with him.

Pedo atheist = liberal faggot.

Would a military offense be on NICS?

I'm not so sure

If he was so into boys, why do you say he was interested mainly in girls?

You seem like a total misogynist too.

Just found this.

The Military Is Reporting Almost No Domestic Abusers to the Main Gun Background Check Database

Seems it may have been the fault of the military

Yes, it will be on there. At least the dishonorable discharge would. Domestic violence is widely reported.

Oh, I stand corrected. But the Dishonorable Discharge is reported.
