I don't question the integrity of these sources, but I do think it can be misinterpreted. During the 1930s Arabs in Palestine were quite aware of the Zionist agenda, they'd already been betrayed by the British after ousting the Ottomans and they saw the Balfour Declaration as a threat not just from Britain but from Jews, particularly foreign Jews arriving from outside the Levant.

It was no secret that the British planned to create a Jewish state somewhere in Palestine and that such a step would have dire consequences for Arabs if they were unfortunate enough to lie within the soon to be declared "border".

That some Arabs would later see Hitler as a bulwark against British imperialism working alongside Zionism is not surprising. So these events do not serve as evidence that Arabs had been historically antisemitic, if it had been why would Jews in their thousands have sought refuge in Ottoman Palestine when the Christians persecuted them? Yes, it's a terrible event but did not simply happen spontaneously, read the history books, Jews and Arabs had dwelled together largely peacefully for centuries, there's no evidence I can find that Arab culture in the region was regarded as antisemitic, almost all the examples of Arab on Jew violence comes after the ousting of the Ottomans when Britain betrayed the Arabs and began its collaboration with Zionist Jews.

Its easy to contrive arguments that show Arabs and Arab culture as eternally hostile to Jews, but it doesn't stand up to serious scrutiny, its largely propaganda, an exploitation, weaponization of antisemitism and the holocaust and that's shameful to say the least.
