Show in the bible where it says it isn't. The chapter and verse that you cite does not support your position. BTW, you have twisted this verse into saying what you CHOOSE for it to say. As I read it, it says the wronged can choose the penalty and it must be done in front of judges. It also supports slavery---you have kind of circumvented that point. Keep twisting.
