We are living at a time when the majority party in Congress uses it's position to go after the other party with investigations of wrong-doing, sometimes with good reason and other times just for political purposes. In this case, it appears the democrats circumvented the 25th Amendment, and they did so for purely political reasons. Lawfare is now a political weapon, probably always was but these days it's in vogue. And maybe it should be, we should know who has been doing what; if it's illegal or dishonest and unethical then we should be made aware.

As far as the autopen thing is concerned, I have no doubt that it's true. Proving that Biden didn't know what he was doing is highly unlikely, or that somebody else used the autopen without his knowledge. So, I don't see anybody getting convicted of anything, but it will be a black eye for the democrats heading into next year's midterms. Well-deserved too IMHO.
