No, we are not because the tariffs in China were a lot higher against items produced in the United States than 10%, some items were taxed at 125%, so if an item that was tariffed at 125% was priced at $100, the cost of the product was $225, today the product would be priced at $110. So more people can afford to buy the product, that increases the availability based on price. Plus it makes that product priced more competitively with China and other countries products, which keeps the pricing competitive. So we are now in a better position to sell more and reduce the trade deficit.

The tariffs China charged US companies in 2024 were up to 125%, it isn’t so much the tariffs we were charging, it is what China So China gets reduced pricing for 325 million potential customers and US business get reduced pricing for 1.4 billion people. The bottom line is the US and China are both significantly lower now than at the end of 2024 and it favors the United States, which means lowering our prices here for Chinese goods and significantly lowering our prices in China which makes us more competitive.
