I'd agree if it was Apache land. But it was clearly Forest Service land and subject to controlled mining leases.

It's simply anti-mining.. Putting us at a severe disadvantage for ever revitalizing industry in this country... There were adequate land exchanges included in the deal.

YEAH -- more jobs moved overseas.. Good move..
