Re-stated: There is no former presidential right to classified information. Security clearances themselves are not dependent on courtroom findings. The classification of security risks even now includes domestic terrorists.

Supposing the domestic terrorists are at war with the USA, then profit obtained from disclosing intel to adversaries and potential adversaries is not a Constitutional or former presidential right. A diagnosis of a mental disorder creates no right to intel. The inference of a mental disorder even recently confers no right to Chair a House Committee--even with respect to gender rights.
