Post A Message to The Future Here.

Entire states? Really?

If you can name them, instead of throwing out a blind, unproven stat, I will be impressed.

Yeah, take a look at Massachusetts, Delaware, Vermont, Hawaii, Rhode Island, and Connecticut. Not one repub representative, and they all have around 40% of their population who are registered republican.

Go ahead and look.

I dare you.

Besides... the point is not who is better at it... The point is for all sides to stop.
Buuuuut you claimed the repubs were the masters of gerrymandering. It's the democrats who mastered that skill loooong ago.

If we can't agree on that, we're fucked as a country.
Oh, I absolutely agree it needs to stop. It would just be nice if you would acknowledge that the dems perfected gerrymandering decades ago.

Of course they perfected it decades ago. Almost a century now have both parties been playing the game where they had the power to do so.

And just when California and others were working hard to perfect a more fair and transparent method of drawing districts, Trump starts a Gerrymander fight using Texas as the starting pawn.

Cry me a ******* river.

Both parties can kiss my purple ass. We, The Peeps need a Law.

A constitutional amendment for no Gerrymandering would be awesome, but... Baby steps.

The difference being, the repubs, at least the RINO's, have been a wholly owned subsidiary of the democrat party for decades.

Merely existing to give us peons the illusion of choice.

The fact is there is no duopoly, that is a construct to keep the peasants arguing amongst themselves about who is better, when the reality is, the POLITICAL CLASS is at war with we the people.

Cogitate on that for a bit.

Well.... I respect your opinion even when I disagree. I do NOT see how you can defend the Republicans on the Gerrymander issue.

Both parties are demonically involved and BOTH parties need to stop.

From my perspective "Both Parties" = One Party. Blue + Red = Purple. None can be trusted to tell the truth or follow through on their promises. All answer to powerful Oligarchs as opposed to the American people. All get wealthy while in office. All work at eroding our Constitutional rights. None will get my vote in the future as long as they're beholden to Lobbyist bribe money.

Hey there Future Generations.... I'm digesting news on the wars in Iran, Gaza and Lebanon that The U.S. is helping Israel with here in the spring of 2026 and I'm reflecting on a truth told to me in school that helps it make sense...

Remember that Israel is, in the context of history, the last of the European Colonies. The circumstances of the arrival of white Europeans, claiming, buying and fighting for land that is not in Europe may be a bit different than those that caused the displacements of non-whites all over the rest of the planet between 1500 and the 1940's, but the resulting violence is rooted in the same cause.

Granted, the conquering and colonizing Europeans of the previous generations did not have the action on film, so the violence and genocide needed to colonize were less of an issue.

Every step toward the Internet has reduced the impact of the history written by the victors, because other stories survive.

Will Future Generations of Americans look on Israel circa 2026 as a Terrorist organization? :dunno:

Future generations of Iranians and Palestinians certainly will.

Do any Native Americans still see the U.S. Military as a Terrorist organization? :dunno:

Interesting Times...

It isn't enough for me to simply stop voting Democrat, I need to become the most obnoxiously hyper-partisan frothing ******* rabid Pro-Trump Pro-Republican extremist to oppose these ******* people.
They must be destroyed before they get us all ******* killed.
