Biden and Pence cooperated and invited the FBI to search their homes and offices elsewhere to find any classified documents that might have been packed and brought with them, when they left office, so to return them to the government.

Pence was just cleared in his investigation by doj.

Biden has a special counsel appointed to investigate him that was a Trump appointed prosecutor....

FYI- As a sitting President, Biden can not be charged with any alleged crime, just as Trump could not be charged and prosecuted while in office for any crimes he may have committed.
