We did a lot of the heavy lifting, I think Israel can take over now and send in the ground troops. Most people agree that if Trump puts boots on the ground it will turn the midterms in favor of the dumocraps. I would use this opportunity to test out any new advanced weapons or bombs before we leave. Maybe not nuclear, but something really horrific that sends a strong message to China.

Not my problem. Iran had to be dealt with and now will act differently toward America, Israel and its neighbors. If Israel wants to continue on, they should do it at their own peril. I would also tell Israel that this was in the interest of America and they can't count on the US military to help them when it is not in the interest of America. If they want to continue on with their Greater Israel project they will have to do it on their own. Maybe if Israel thinks America won't fight its battles for them they will stop trying to piss off the entire region and become more "neighborly."
