Should we have bombed the homes of terrorists who tried to overthrow the government and stormed the capital? Maybe. Still can under the next administration. Call them political terrorists. No trial. Just death from above.

I'm tempted to dig up all the arguments about the PATRIOT ACT, and the general stupidity of the "GWOT". The alarmists warned: If this stands, the government will whip out the "terrorism" label every time they want to violate the Constitution.

Those silly alarmists!

You're asking all of the WRONG questions here Loopy.

Where is the evidence that the people being killed are drug runners?

Why not arrest them and seize the drugs as evidence?

Why simply blow people out of the water without a trial, evidence or a conviction?
Why? Ever hear of something called "Sending a Message"? The Democrat party is obviously upset because this doesn't help their cut for their campaign funds.

Since when? Since we decided we wanted to prosecute a war against Venezuela? :auiqs.jpg:

What's their stated political goal for these crimes? What are they trying to intimidate the US Government into doing through these crimes?

So the admin wants to target cartels and that same admin applauding that it named said cartels as terrorists so that it could utilize existing Congressional Authorization to do so is proof that the cartels are terrorists? At least it's not circular logic....
Why don't you look all that up yourself? I've sufficiently addressed the OP however much people like you have tried to derail it. Have a lovely day.

Were you making this argument when Obama and Biden were targeting and blowing people up (including US citizens) in places like Yemen, Syria, Libya, Somalia etc. ?

Really? Unless they kill US politicians they aren't terrorists? Really?
Yeah. They certainly aren't the problem of the US taxpayer. We 100% should not get involved in yet another regime change war given how well those have gone for us. You didn't give 2 shits about the Venezuelan cartels until this admin told you. That's ******* nuts. If you go around the world looking for bad actors to fight, you'll find them.

Pssst We don't have to go around the world. These terrorists are in our neighbor's yard, in our backyard

You don't have the ability, nor the balls.

Get Congress to ok it and this isn't an issue. Half of the issue with most of what the Trump admin does is it wants to take short cuts instead of going through the required process in order to enact it's policies/goals. Labeling the cartels "narco terrorists" is just another in a long string of those shortcuts.

Arguably a better use of the military than prior admins.

US military is being used to prevent harm to American citizens, as opposed to simply "protecting American interests" (which also has merit, but is another shortcut).

Thats a low bar. And what evidence do we have that going to war with Venezuela will have any effect on the drug problem in the US. We were in Afghanistan for over 20 years.

Opium farms tripled their acreage of poppy fields while we were there.

Biden and Obama were attacking known terrorist encampments with the assistance of the host nations, who wanted the terrorists gone. Libya was a UNITED NATIONS operation. The Somali pirates were disrupting shipping.

Every time Trump does something heinous, and illegal, you morons claims it's the same thing Obama did.

Trump is now saying he's going to attack any nation which is shipping illegal drugs to the USA. Anything to deflect from the Epstein Files. Michael Wolf says he saw pictures of Trump with topless young women at Epstein's home in Palm Beach

No President has EVER done anything like what Trump has done.

Going to war with Venezuela will not solve the problem depicted in this photo.
When are you planning of going to war with Venezuela? Right now all we are doing is blowing up the boats and drugs and narco-terrorists heading toward the US.
