That's what it would be. But that's what the Democrats should have expected when they used impeachment as a political weapon against a President, they didn't like isn't it? I dont think they should impeach Biden. Not because a case couldn't be made (though I dont think Afghanistan or the Border are reasons for impeachment) but because the violations aren't egregious enough to warrant his removal (imo) and certainly not enough to warrant starting a never-ending impeachment of Presidents of the opposite party of the House Majority.
