Well, that depends. Criticizing a Jew for something that is not connected to Zionism, Israel, and their culture is generally fine. If you criticize Jewish beliefs, culture, nationalism Zionism, then you're automatically an antisemite and neo-Nazi. If you have a career, in government, or in many other professions, you can lose everything. Your job, your reputation, income, you name it. There are state governments in the United States, that won't do business with you if you're not pro-Israel. You have to sign a document stating that you are pro-Israel, before the state makes a contract for services, and products, with your company.
