I don't think you understand what packing the court means. And It was Dems abusing power and the law trying to stop consitutionally legal selections while at the same time risking Ginsburg's life to keep a hold of her seat on the bench until a Dem was in power with Senate control to control selection of her replacement.
Ironically the very first Dem lie when Trump took office was Dems blasting Trump for thinking Judges can be biased, and here all along it is Dems who don't trust judges who aren't bought or compromised by them -oops!
