IT WAS SUCH A BAD CALL THAT
Schiff not only had to lie and change the call's narrative the first time in the house testimonies, but then after lying about it being satire, did it again at the Senate trial by once again adding the words "make up stuff about my opponent", words never spoken during the call and were used by Schiff as a means or rather need in trying to sell the call as being wrong. Schiffs need to do that is an admission that the call itself is not problematic enough for his narrative. Renember he bet the transcript would not be released, and he bet wrong and lost.
The Judge swore them in to tell the truth therefore Schiff got caught lying to the Supreme Justice at the trial which can be harmful to him during his ethics investigations, because it shows a pattern of abuse and perjury.
Also if he had a lot to do with bringing up these false charges thwn illegal filing of FALSE charges is also a more serious crime and the lying to back it up just adds evidence to his false
charges. If anyone agrees please go to the O.C.E. web site and file acomplaint to add to others complaints, so they know it's serious and can't be swept away if they see the numbers of people are onto this abuse of power.

Maybe also violating 18 U.S. Code § 1038. False information and hoaxes.
And possibly
18 U.S. Code § 287 - False, fictitious or fraudulent claims depending on how it's interpreted and whom he had lied to which included military personnel interviewed and questioned at public and private testimony.
