Worker bees: Custodians, Clerks, IT, Secretaries, car pool mechanics, security, landscapers, accountants, sales personnel, tradesmen, supervisors, first level managers, etc.

Worker bees may or may not have retirement plans and /or investments, surely high level managers, the CEO, CFO, etc. have all the benefits and perks. I was a high level manager and had a number of perks, inc. a new computer for home use every second year, software too, 4 weeks of management leave, 6 weeks of vacation, life insurance and a car allowance.

Billionaires annual income is no different than his or mine, in the respect that the percentage paid in each bracket is exactly the same. And, no one earns a billion dollars annually, so one must suspect the much of a billionaires income is protected by the lower rate of a capital gain. And then, those Billionaires have those tax breaks, written into the tax laws to protect this class from paying their fair share.

Fair share some might ask, a billionaire has more to lose than the working men and women, and the Republican Party protects this class in a quid pro quo. See the Tax Fraud pushed through by Ryan and signed by trump as proof.
